Internet Explorer 7 RC1

Just to let you know that the download bug is still there with the RC1 build of Internet explorer 7.

If you play any Half Life 1 mod (CS to you and me), then do not run IE7 at this time as steam will not allow any custom content download (thats maps) and it will crash back to desktop with no error during the precache bit.

i tried playing the other day and i didnt seem to have a problem downloading the map it was only if i already had the map if failed to get into the server as in if i had to download the map it would download then connect successfully

There is only one thing you can do (apart from sending money to BFR) and this is go to control panel. Choose add/remove and uninstall ie7.

Valve are not going to fix it until ie7 is fully released.
