Zeph - guessing this one is for you...

Would it be possible to get a copy of the navigation links set at the base of all thread pages so we can read our way down the page then not have to scroll back up to find our way round the site?

I think this is something that will benefit the majority of users, but especially those of us who have the thread count per page set high... results in a lot of mouse-wheel action!!

If not, could we at least have the "New Posts" link at the base of each thread page???

Kev, theres a button on your keyboard called 'Home'. Its a magical button as when pressed it takes you back to the top of the page in one go. :p

EDIT - also the 20 seconds between searches is getting on my tits when there is only 1 new post to read in a thread and you have to wait before you can search for the next... you know you love me Zeph :p

If no threads have been updated in that 20 seconds, just hit the back button! That limit on searches is there to prevent DoS attacks on the database.
