Music in CS ?

I was just wondering how many of you listen to music when you play CS, and what sort, does it help?

i listen to music a lot don't think it helps as last time i looked i was top in deaths & 1st to die but it could be rushing to much. as i spend most of my time dead it is good to have some thing to listen to.

I love it when a rush gose right.
Taking 2 Enemy by supprise face to face then sneaking up on the reast of the team from behind makes my day.
It seams to me that rock,punk or metal make this more fun + you dont hear foot steps so you rush with no fear.
I dont know if that is good or bad but when you catch some one by supprise face to face they often seam to be looking for cover so are easy to kill.
Face to face supprise humm i gess its not much of a supprise if they are looking for cover but that would be the foot step thing.

Im listening to manson,linkin park and of course my favourite the gipsy kings thats latin music but im giving hs all the time with it on.

Cant play without music, I have allways my stereos on when I play.
Actually you can tell what kind of music I'm listening by just watching me play... if it's fast like ska or punk I'm rushing like hell and if it's soft, slow and mellow like jazz or blues you probably find me camping in some dark corner.

I listen to Kerrang radio station on my TV most of the time, but i have it quite low and CS high so i can hear the footsteps etc. It can be distracting but it does make me feel a bit better.
PS the best game music ever is Q2

I tryed to hear music one time (hey all , I am back :}),it seems I had a bad score :( so I never tryed again , you hear the music and you don't think @ what you do , just my opinion.

I usually just have the Tele on.. when i die fast.. and 2 campers stretch the round.. i can watch a little tele while i'm dead.. when i'm suddenly the only survivor.. i mute the Tele so i can hear the footstep.. in 4.1 audio :)

I listen to music sometimes, i turn it off if there are people worth talking to (i.e regs).
I find it great to rush to but i wouldnt say it actaully helps me.

Gotta listen to something good and agressive tho!! - Rage against the Machine, the Transplants or Alkaline Trio normally does it for me!! :D
