spyware/adaware

hey peeps,

need a little advice on what to use i am curently using spysweeper to remove spyware/adaware from my comp but the version i got is abit dodgy and tends to crash on startup so i had enough and its starting to build up.

what do u use ? what u think i should get ?


p.s. i am a software bum and refuse to pay for it except windows
