Macs do nothing for me. I always think they are girlie PCs. No real man would ever want a mac. I mean look at it. Where's the knobs to twiddle? You cant open it up and look inside! You can't put go faster stripes and UV and spoilers and shit. Its like white stilettos for Flips sake!!!

Mac is to date by far the superior architecture. Almost every single f***ing production you listen to is (at least) mastered on a Mac. Magazines, video-ads, documentaries, name it, and their will have been one of more macs involved.
The reason that u cant tweak it (no knobs) is due to the fact that you don't have to tweak it in order for it to do what it is supposed to do.
The sole reason that you have something like a PC running Windows at home is a copyright
violation by Bill straight into Steves ass.
If Apple had let go of its exclusive nature, had dropped prices earlier and had serviced the consumer market better, then you would all have one at home, instead of this outdated architecture, still based around 16 measly interrupts, a workaround to adress high memory,
prone to conflicting hard and software, completely hackable spaghetti programmed OS and do I need to go on????
Pff, what multitasking OS??? Timeslicing like in the 70's is what it does, only then a wee bit faster...

You can take some Macs apart and play with them, you can even do it with eMacs. I did it when I worked for Apple :)

For the big G5 power Macs, the case is well cool. Some dude got one, stripped everything out and stuck in his PC stuff, it well pissed off all the Mac enthusiasts. He ended up having to say he didn't really do it, just to calm them down.
