does any 1 no wot cpu frequency and cpu clock ratio should be set to.
im building my first pc and setting up bios. cpu frequecy has a default setting of 200. and cpu clock ratio is default to 800 mhz is this ok. or should thay be set higher?

amd 64 3500 winchester
nforce 4 motherboard
1 gb of ram

The Clock Frequency for a Winchester is correct at 200MHz IIRC. Go into System in Control Panel in Windows and check that it is running at the correct speed (about 2.4GHz iirc but dont quote me on that) and also on the POST screen check that the CPU is being picked up correctly as what it is. If all of that is correct then you're fine
