Dont bother with 64 bit XP atm its not worth it, standard 32 bit will work fine.

XP 64 edition is still not properly supported... ie. not all drivers available - not everything working yet. Wait a while...

The same can be said fot Linux and 64bit support. I have a Gentoo 64bit install but the driver support is not brill and some programs are still not ported to 64 bit. Ati have only just relesed there 64 bit drivers in the last week.
