Mp3 to smaf or mmf

Hi people i need to convert mp3 files to either smaf or mmf files so i can use as real tunes for my mobile. I got the program Mobile Music Polyphonic, demo version, but it want let me do the conversation, I can't "aquire" the full version from sumwhere else!!! can anyone help me???
