Having freed up some gigs on me laptop I thought I should install one of me all time favourite classics on and actually complete it.

I installed it and the expansion but whenever I try to play it a window comes up and says:

"ERROR!

Unable to load function FT_Thunk (KERNAL32.dll)"

Anyone able to offer me some assistance?

theres a lot of older games that wont run under XP. Its obviously relying on a system function (big mistake) to run a certain part of the program. Try running the program in compatibility mode, right click the shortcut, click Properties.

I was thinking something along those lines Mordeth. The pack for Pharoah [Original] says XP on it yet the Queen Of The Nile expansion doesn't. Cocks.
