1 - BY CONSOLE: start steam, start counterstrike and when the menu options appear, open console and type
connect 195.20.109.115:27015
You will then start the join process and it will let you in using your reserved slot.

You can add all your favourite servers in this program. It shows you the server status and settings. Admins with rcon access can also use it to chat and use amx commands remotely. Anyway, once you have configured it, you can click on join server and it will start the join process. A box will appear saying server is full but a "play" button will be there and you can press this and it will continue letting you in using your reserved slot. In the settings, you can set it so that HLSW auto quits once you have joined.
There are some other third party joining programs around which should also work.
3 - Desktop Link
Open your Steam Games List, right click Counter Strike and click Create Desktop Shortcut and click OK. Right-Click the new link on the desktop and Click Properties. On the Shortcut tab in the Target field there will be a line like
"C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 10
Add +connect 195.20.109.115 onto the end of it so it reads
"C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 10 +connect 195.20.109.115
And you can use this link so when CS opens it will connect you directly to Loony 1.6.
Anyone without a reserved slot using a third party program to join or console will not be able to join on full server any quicker. Indeed, it will be slower as the server will give the impression it is letting you in but then kick you as it finds you dont have a reserved slot.
