The png effect is nice but it does not work in all browsers so a large percentage of people will a get a weird ugly white background and wonder what all the fuss is about :D

Yup, but that's Internet Explorer's problem, not mine :P

I can't remember when IE started supporting PNGs, but it's stupid that it still doesn't display them properly (especially considering PNG is a format made by Microsoft :/)

thats why i was going for the thin look
now if someone could take the dude in my sig and get a good copy of it for me i'd be happy cause i could change it a bit, tryed loads of times and i cant do it :(

PNG is way better than GIF for resultion and looks but like wyre says microtwats piss it about

now i have something to fiddle with as i'm fussy and the strap is broken :) nvm tho thats the best i've seen and i can fix the strap
