There's a demo in this month's PC Zone.

Damn good- a bit like far cry but with more oomph but less the big outdoor levels. Lovely graphics though and cool enemy AI.

They gave the game 90% in their review...

yeah i played this demo a little while ago, short but very good looks like i will be "purchasing" this one

Yeah looks nice... altho you'll need a pooter with the power of Deep Thought to run it with all the bells and whistles.

Yeah I thought my PC was a bit of a powerhouse but this game definitelt makes it sweat even at not that high settings...

why do they make games that push even top end rigs to the limit
i'm waitting also for stalker to get its release tho not holding my breath as its slipping back all the time, it seems lately that its ok for game makers to release stuff about games a year before they intend to release them and then hold them even longer
but i'll have a look and see if i can get fear to run on my comp as i've read that stalker will be scaleable like HL2 was :fingerscrossed:
