not sure but you could possibly reduce the number of frames, however you may lose some of the quality, there are 25 frames, ill try and experiment see how bad it gets.

i've taken it down as far as 21 without losing toomuch
i think frames 7-10 are the same and could be removed

i had it on the forum for about 5hrs over night and some admin (didnt give name) removed it cause of some people like noodles are on dialup

ok i managed to get it down to 337kb for you, i just deleted a few frames that were the same and made it 20 pixels smaller in height and 58 pixels smalller in width, ask noodles he's good with animation, he might be able to make it smaller, hope this helps
