They are doing a promo in the US

Blizzard has announced on its World of Warcraft news site that it’s starting a recruit-a-friend promotion. Every U.S. player of the game will be sent an email with a 10 day trial account invitation which they can give to a friend. If your mate signs up, then you get a free 30 day extension to your WoW account. Looks like American WoW players will be saying goodbye to another month of their “real” lives.


I'm game if they bring this to the UK- I want to try it and if I decide to buy someone here could get a month free! Maybe some others would be interested too!

If they bring it here of course....

I would still like to try it- although I'm a bit worried as it sounds incredibly addictive :D

OK well if any of you WOW players would like to take a low odds gamble I am dying to try it... :D

Where can I download this and how big is it? The WoW front page is not particularly noob friendly... :)

You have to buy it noodle think you get your own cd key with it so its another one of them games. |And yes it is very addictive i got a month of myt mums credit card and ive slipped another one while she doesnt know because i want to keep playin and im skint, but ill have to clock it off after this month :P

Hmm well what with college and being behind this is looking like it would not be a wise thing for me to do. Oh well... shame :(

no need to have a friend :) 10 day trial. nearly 3gb download though
