loony is popular because of its anti-stats policy people want somewhere to play you have fun where they won't be judge on how good they are, people like loony because it has a mature crowd of peeps that no each other and have done for a long period of time.

we don't like it when new people come on and say stuff regarding stats you look up similar threads in the past and they just get flamed by everybody, if we wanted stats the server and the regulars that play here would have em already !

You are making assumptions on other peoples assumptions.
If you get to know RaydoX a bit better,then you know that most things he says are to be taken with a pinch of salt and is not to be taken seriously.
Indeed RaydoX is really friendly and even more so if you greet him with a butt plug in your hand.

As to what you are suggesting:
If LA is well known in the UK CS community, then I'm sure that you should know that LA has always been proud to be a non-stats server.
So in answer to your suggestion, I'd have to vote against a scoreboard.
