HLSW v1.0.0.48 released

The new hlsw version 1.0.0.48 supports now the game Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 that is provided by Valve's Steam platform.

Furthermore many game specific properties are now loaded from configuration files. These files will be extended in future so make it possible to manually add games to hlsw. A exact documentation will be available in near future.

* It is now possible to add an URL to the AddOns description in the config file that is displayed in HLSW
* BugFix: Copy to/Move to menu option was not working for multiple servers
